Controller and contact

Kevin Eduardo Gómez de los Santos, an individual operating Deck Plugins with an address in Ciudad de México, CDMX, Mexico, is responsible for the processing described here. Contact support@deckplugins.com for privacy matters.

This notice covers the processing of personal data. The conditions of sale, including our no-refund policy for digital licenses already delivered, are set out in the Terms of Service.

Data and necessary purposes

We process your email to identify your account, send sign-in codes and associate your licenses. We receive purchase data from Stripe, such as payment references, products, amount, currency and status, to deliver licenses and resolve issues. We also process information you send to support to answer your request.

Public reviews

If you choose to submit a review, we process its rating, title and text, and associate it with your account to moderate it and verify the purchase. The displayed name and approved content may appear publicly on the site. Do not include private information in your review. You can request its review or removal by email.

Providers and payments

We use Supabase for accounts and service data, and Stripe for payments. Hosting and email delivery providers also help operate the site. Data necessary for their functions may be processed outside Mexico. Stripe collects card details in its own environment; we do not store full card details on our servers. Data disclosures must comply with applicable law and, where required, the necessary consent.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

Account sessions use cookies needed to keep you signed in. The Google Tag Manager integration allows Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel to be configured to measure visits and campaigns; these purposes are additional to delivering licenses. Their operation depends on the container and tag configuration.

Google Consent Mode v2 starts with analytics storage, advertising storage, advertising user data and personalization denied. On your first visit, the banner lets you choose “Accept all” or “Reject”. Your choice is stored locally in your browser, if storage is available. To change it, clear this site’s data in your browser and reload the page to choose again. That state alone does not guarantee that every tag blocks all transmission. You can restrict cookies in your browser and contact support to object to optional uses; blocking necessary cookies may prevent account access.

Your rights and choices

You can request access, correction, cancellation or objection (ARCO), limit the use or disclosure of your data, or withdraw consent by emailing support@deckplugins.com. Include your name, the email associated with your account, the right you wish to exercise and the data or changes concerned. We will explain how to verify your identity or representation and respond by email within statutory deadlines. Do not send sign-in codes or card details. Cancellation may be subject to retention obligations; withdrawing consent does not apply retroactively.

Retention and changes

We retain data needed to manage accounts and licenses, handle requests and meet legal obligations, followed by deletion or restricted retention as appropriate. Changes to this notice will be published here with a new date. New uses that require consent must have that consent.
