The seller

Deck Plugins is the trading name used by Kevin Eduardo Gómez de los Santos, an individual seller with an address in Ciudad de México, CDMX, Mexico. For questions about purchases, licenses or these terms, email support@deckplugins.com.

Products and compatibility

We offer digital licenses for video editing plugins: five individual products and the Ultimate Deck Pack bundle. Downloader Deck is free. There are no physical products or shipments. Before buying, check each product page for features, supported operating systems, applications and versions. The bundle includes the products listed on its page.

Purchase and delivery

The applicable price, currency and total are shown before you confirm payment. Stripe processes payments; Deck Plugins does not store full card details on its own servers. Once payment is confirmed, the relevant license and downloads are linked to the purchase email. If they do not appear in your account, contact support with your purchase reference.

No refunds

We do not offer refunds for digital licenses already delivered. Purchases are final: the product is delivered instantly, downloaded and activated on your machine, so it cannot be returned. Before paying, check the product page for its features, supported operating systems, applications and versions; if you have any compatibility questions, contact support before you buy. No additional commercial refund period is specified.

Support is there to fix problems, not to return money. If something does not install, does not open or does not work as described, contact support with the product name and a description of the problem and we will work through it with you until it runs.

This policy does not exclude refunds, warranties, cancellations or other mandatory statutory rights.

Account and license use

You access your account using a code sent by email, without a password. Keep control of that email account and do not share sign-in codes. Your purchase grants the right to use the software under the terms and activation limits stated for the product; it does not transfer intellectual property ownership. Do not redistribute or resell the software or license credentials without authorization. Uses permitted by law remain unaffected.

Reviews

You can submit a review from your account. Reviews are moderated before publication; the displayed name, rating and text may be public. Share your experience and avoid private data, unlawful content or information about others without authorization.

Applicable law and changes

These terms are governed by Mexican law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections or access to competent authorities. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date and will not remove rights acquired through earlier purchases.
